For our last few days in Bali, we went to see the rice terraces in Tegallalang, hiked up the volcano Mt Batur to watch the sunset, and drove north to the paradise diving town Amed. It was incredible place to be, and I finally got to see a sea turtle up close.

Bali Part 1 – Nusa Penida and Canggu
Nusa Penida is a great place to visit when in Bali. It is nice and quiet, has some beautiful places to see such as the very famous T-rex cliff, and you can easily get around by car or scooter, before sailing back to the mainland. If you are into diving, this is a likely place to see manta rays.

Iceland is perhaps the most unique and most beautiful nature experience I have ever had. I got to experience an active volcano, glaciers, hot springs, lagoons, geysers, waterfalls, icebergs, beautiful hiking trails, unique animals and much much more. We drove around the island for two weeks, and slept in a tent on the roof. This is just the first part of the story, filled with many amazing experiences and pictures.

Scotland – Beautiful Highland Plains
Scotland is mostly famous for the Loch Ness Monster, Bagpipes, Kilts and Whiskey. We went in 2017, and were stunned by it's nature and beautiful highlands and even mountains. We went hiking, saw cliffs and waterfalls, castles and ruins and of course tried the local whiskey.

Sekumpul Waterfall (Lemukih)
Sekumpul Waterfall is one of the larger waterfall attractions, and the waterfalls in the Lemukih area is incredibly beautiful. You will need to pay an entrance fee, but you do also get excellent guide service here. You can pick from different tours, and it is possible to both swim, jump and slide. You will need to hike up and down a steep trail and walk through water, but the walk is not very far and totally worth the trouble. You can change into swimming clothes there.

Kingussie
They call it "the small town with a big heart". The town the loveliest little town in Cairngorm National Park. Located close to the highways A86 and A9 and with its own train station, it is very easily accessible. Even though the town is small and quiet with only 1.500 inhabitants, you will love it here. It has a little creek running through it, and most of the houses are old stone buildings.
