Moving day in Whistler
They say it is next to impossible to find a place to stay in Whistler, but I managed to find one anyway.
I tried finding a place ever since I decided to go, but it seemed to be impossible to find something, without being in town first. Now that I was here, it was time to finally make it work. I sat down in the hostel common area on Thursday afternoon, and messaged everyone who had something.
In the evening I went to look at a house, and they let me know the same day, that I could move in. I can now unpack my bags just 15 minutes by bus from the city and the lifts. I have a room upstairs, and downstairs is a big kitchen, a living room and we have a hot tub on the porch.
I’m sharing a room with Alaster from England, and the house with 10-11 other from England, New Zealand, Italy, South Africa, Germany and Canada.
Also it snowed last night !!!
